Broadway Arts Collective, LLC (hereinafter, BAC), does not make false promises or representations. We are not agents, casting directors, or managers. We are an educational program designed to provide performance and audition coaching through acting, voice and dance training, classes, and workshops, as well as agent and casting director based training and forums. We do not and cannot guarantee bookings, signings, representation or work of any kind.

BAC practices healthy singing, dancing and physical activities. However, BAC is not responsible for injury of any kind during participation in our classes, private coaching sessions, master classes or workshops.

Students and Guardians release and hold harmless BAC, its owners, advisors, and all employees and agents of these parties from all liabilities, suits, claims, and/or demands of any nature, legal or financial, arising from the participation or observation of any activity sponsored by BAC. The student and guardian do voluntarily participate in any and all activities, and understand that certain risks are inherent to and from participation and involvement with BAC’s various formal and informal activities. BAC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged  property at any time.

Furthermore, Guardians understand that BAC is unable to provide supervision outside of the student's assigned lesson/workshop time. BAC cannot monitor the safety or behavior of students as they wait before and after lessons/workshops. BAC cannot be held responsible for any physical or emotional harm that students may incur while they are waiting to go into their lesson/workshop or waiting to be picked up. It is incumbent upon parents/guardians to drop students off and pick them up in a timely manner and to advise students on safe and wise behaviors while they are waiting before and after lessons/workshops.

Class sizes are limited to studio size and availability.

Your registration in a workshop is only confirmed and secured after payment in full has been received and an online registration has been completed.

If a student finds they are no longer able to attend a workshop, a partial refund (less an administrative fee) may be given ONLY if BAC is notified at least 10 DAYS prior to the event.

Should a BAC workshop need to be canceled due to weather, change in the availability of a guest artist or some other event, a "snow date" will be offered. If we are unable to offer an alternative date or you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued. You must notify us of your inability to participate on the rescheduled date within 48 hours of rescheduled date being announced in order to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy for Summer Theatre Workshop @ SUNY New Paltz:

BAC Summer Workshop cancellation policies are based on our investment in staff, program planning and facility fees. Enrollment in Workshops is limited in order to provide a high level of instruction to each participant. Cancellations often prevent others from participating and we are unable to recover these expenses.

Cancellations 30 DAYS or more before the first day a program begins will receive a full refund less $75 non-refundable deposit/administrative fee. Cancellations from 14 DAYS to 29 DAYS prior to a program receive 50% credit towards other BAC workshops (non-transferable and valid for one year), 50% balance forfeited. Cancellations less than 14 DAYS prior to a program will receive no credit and no refund.

NOTE: BAC reserves the right to remove any student from a program due to bullying or disruptive behavior. In such instances, no refunds will be issued.

Thanks again for your cooperation and support!
