WAIVER OF LIABILITY/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
Broadway Arts Collective, LLC (hereinafter, BAC), does not make false promises or representations. We are not agents, casting directors, or managers. We are an educational program designed to provide performance and audition coaching through acting, voice and dance training, classes, and workshops, as well as agent and casting director based training and forums. We do not and cannot guarantee bookings, signings, representation or work of any kind.
BAC practices healthy singing, dancing and physical activities. However, BAC is not responsible for injury of any kind during participation in our classes, private coaching sessions, master classes or workshops.
Students and Guardians release and hold harmless BAC, its owners, advisors, and all employees and agents of these parties from all liabilities, suits, claims, and/or demands of any nature, legal or financial, arising from the participation or observation of any activity sponsored by BAC. The student and guardian do voluntarily participate in any and all activities, and understand that certain risks are inherent to and from participation and involvement with BAC’s various formal and informal activities. BAC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property at any time.
Furthermore, Guardians understand that BAC is unable to provide supervision outside of the student's assigned lesson/workshop time. BAC cannot monitor the safety or behavior of students as they wait before and after lessons/workshops. BAC cannot be held responsible for any physical or emotional harm that students may incur while they are waiting to go into their lesson/workshop or waiting to be picked up. It is incumbent upon parents/guardians to drop students off and pick them up in a timely manner and to advise students on safe and wise behaviors while they are waiting before and after lessons/workshops.

REFUND POLICY for Summer Theatre Workshop @ SUNY New Paltz
BAC Summer Workshop cancellation policies are based on our investment in staff, program planning and facility fees. Enrollment in Workshops is limited in order to provide a high level of instruction to each participant. Cancellations often prevent others from participating and we are unable to recover these expenses.
Cancellations prior to 28 days before the first day a program begins will receive a full refund less a $25 processing/administration fee.
Cancellations from 14 DAYS to 28 DAYS prior to a program receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 14 DAYS prior to a program will receive no refund. This policy reflects those of other similar programs.
* Credit Card Processing fees are not refundable.
​Specific Teaching Artists and Industry Guests are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Our Teaching Artists and Industry Guests are actively involved in the industry. Therefore, their availability may change due to scheduling conflicts that might arise.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: We've been informed by our SUNY New Paltz contact that vaccinations will NOT be required for those engaged in outside programs such as ours.
There will be additional forms for health, emergency contact, etc. These forms will be sent to you before June 1st and must be completed and returned before July 1st.
NOTE: BAC reserves the right to remove any student from a program due to bullying or disruptive behavior. In such instances, no refunds will be issued.

REFUND POLICY for ONLINE WORKSHOPS & CLASSES
One Day Workshops and Events: No Refunds with less than 72 HOUR notice sent by email. Refunds are subject to a 10% processing/admin fee.
Classes (2 or more days): No Refunds with less than 10 DAYS notice sent by email prior to first class. No credits, refunds or make-up classes for any missed classes.
All Refunds are subject to a 10% processing/admin fee or a stated non-refundable deposit.
Credit Card Processing fees are not refundable.
Online Workshops are video recorded for BAC archival purposes only and will not be shared with students or parents in order to ensure we maintain a safe space for all participants. Students are prohibited from recording classes or taking screenshots.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS IN PERSON WORKSHOP & CLASSES
Class sizes are limited to studio size and availability.
Your registration in a workshop is only confirmed and secured after payment in full has been received and an online registration has been completed.
If a student finds they are no longer able to attend a workshop, a refund (less a 10% processing/admin fee) may be given ONLY if BAC is notified at least 10 DAYS prior to the event.
Credit Card Processing fees are not refundable.
Should a BAC workshop need to be canceled due to weather, change in the availability of a guest artist or some other event, a "snow date" will be offered. If we are unable to offer an alternative date or you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued. You must notify us of your inability to participate on the rescheduled date within 48 hours of rescheduled date being announced in order to be eligible for a refund.
