"John and Denise, the hearts of Broadway Arts Collective, are true gems. My daughter has had her eye on Broadway since the age of 4 and early on we struggled to find acting/musical theater experiences that were at a caliber that met her needs. We were so lucky to find Broadway Arts Collective when she was young and they have been a core part of her creative team ever since. We refer to John and Denise as her Theater Mom and Dad, a title that is well deserved because not only are they talented, knowledgeable, and connected to the industry, they are also the kind of people that truly SEE their students. They are the people that stay up late thinking about how to best support and push, who develop programs from the ground up when what is needed for artistic kids doesn't exist in the area, and who create an environment that cultivates a feeling of safety and camaraderie so kids feel confident to take risks, knowing that creativity and growth takes putting yourself out there and not always getting it right.  And most importantly, their belief in my daughter never waivered, even when she struggled, even when she didn't believe in herself, and that kind of support is something every child should have in their life.
