AUDITIONS
Initial Auditions by Video Submission (grades 7-12)
Deadline for Audition self-tape submissions is Saturday, September 5th
All first-round auditions will be done via video submission. No in-person visit for this step.
Here’s how it works:

Each role has a specific song (or songs) from the show that you’ll need to learn

If a role has two songs listed, learn and submit both songs.

Film yourself performing the song(s) for the role(s) you’re interested in even if you are only interested in ensemble/feature.

Submit your video by September 5th

NOTE: Please let us know if you will be observing Rosh Hashanah and unable to attend the callbacks on the 12th.

REHEARSALS
Rehearsals begin September 19*
Actors will only be called for rehearsal when their role is needed. Weekly schedules will be sent out by Wednesday.
Saturdays 4:00-7:30
*No Saturday rehearsals on Nov 28 or Dec 26.
Saturday Oct 31 morning rehearsal 10-12:30; No afternoon rehearsal. Happy Halloween!
NOTE: Possible Saturdays 10-Noon and/or 2-4 for some roles depending on actor availability **
We have a very condensed rehearsal period due to the holidays so some actors that are cast is certain roles will need additional rehearsals which will be scheduled for some Saturdays from 10-12 or 2-4. This will not be a set recurring schedule like the 4-7:30 are. We want to remain flexible for families so we are floating either 10-12 or 2-4 for those roles which might require additional rehearsals. It would probably be more convenient to go with 2-4 for any additional rehearsals so that those parents are not having to make 2 trips to the Gardiner studio. We'll know more once we have the show cast and understand families' possible conflicts for Saturdays before 4pm.
MANDATORY REHEARSALS: These rehearsals are mandatory for the safety of all involved.
