REFUND POLICY for Summer Theatre Workshop @ SUNY New Paltz
BAC Summer Workshop cancellation policies are based on our upfront investment in staff, program planning, supplies and facility fees. Enrollment in Workshops is limited in order to provide a high level of instruction to each participant. Cancellations often prevent others from participating and we are unable to recover these costs. This policy reflects those of other similar programs.
-
Cancellations before June 1 receive a full refund less a $25 administration fee + card processing fees, if any.
-
Cancellations from June 1 to June 30 receive a 50% refund, excluding any card processing fees. If only a partial payment has been made, a refund will be issued for only the amount paid which exceeds 50% of the total cost, less any card processing fees.
-
Cancellations on or after July 1 receive no refund.
-
*Credit Card Processing fees are not refundable.
Specific Teaching Artists and Industry Guests are not guaranteed and are subject to change. No refunds given for any guest artist changes. Our Teaching Artists and Industry Guests are actively involved in the industry. Therefore, their availability may change due to scheduling conflicts that might arise.
There will be additional forms for health, emergency contact, etc. These forms will be sent to you after July 1st and must be completed and returned on first day of workshop. COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: We've been informed by our SUNY New Paltz contact that vaccinations will NOT be required for those engaged in outside programs such as ours.
BAC reserves the right to remove any student from a program due to bullying or disruptive behavior. In such instances, no refunds will be issued.
